We are a locally owned and operated home inspection business in Birmingham, Alabama, proud to serve the Jefferson and Shelby county areas of Alabama. Our goal is to provide honest dependable home inspection services using the latest technology available. Our certified inspector, Derl Nelson, was formally trained as an engineer and has been certified and trained by Inspection Training Associates, the largest home inspector training organization in the United States. In addition, Derl has many years of experience in home remodeling and repair. His reputation for integrity and professionalism sets him apart in the business world.
